In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred two Kashmiri youth during a cordon and search operation in Doda district of Jammu region, on Sunday.

Indian Army claimed that the youth were killed during an encounter with the troops in Doda town. An Indian soldier was also killed in an attack during the operation in the same area.

Meanwhile, hundreds of people including women and children were forced to spend the whole night in the open during an 18-hour long cordon and search operation by Indian troops in South Kashmir’s Islamabad district.

The troops during door-to-door search operations subjected inmates to brutal tortures.

International Forum for Justice and Human Rights Vice Chairman, Mushtaqul Islam in a statement in Islamabad strongly condemned the Indian authorities for slapping fourth draconian Public Safety Act on rights defender Mohammad Ahsan Untoo.

Hurriyat AJK leader, Abdul Majeed Malik deplored that India had intensified its oppressive policies in occupied Kashmir.
