The exchange rate of US Dollar fell by 4 paisa in the interbank on Monday against Pakistani rupee, according to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The greenback closed at Rs157.08 rupees on first business day of the week.
Since February 1, dollar has declined by 3.14 rupees or 1.97 percent. The greenback lost about 7 percent of its value from its peak of 168.43.
It is to be mentioned here that Pakistani Rupee appreciates when lesser amount of rupees are required to get one USD. On the other hand, PKR depreciates when more rupees are required to get one greenback.
