Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan says the government is taking comprehensive measures for promotion of tourism in the province.

Talking to local political leaders in Swat today [Saturday], he said the government is according priority to completion of all development projects in various districts of the province.

The Chief Minister assured that reservations of local people in the construction of Swat Motorway phase two will be removed, and no agricultural and residential lands will be affected from this mega project.

The Chief Minister also today inaugurated Khpal Kor Village, newly established for orphans and destitute children in District Swat. The village, which has been completed at a cost of 50 million rupees, will provide free education and accommodation facilities to the children.

The chief minister also inaugurated the newly constructed building of District Jail Swat, which has been completed at a cost of 700 million rupees.
