Prominent Kashmiri leader Ghulam Nabi Fai has dismissed India’s claim about Jammu and Kashmir being an internal matter, saying it is an internationally recognized disputed territory.
He said this at a webinar, organized by Paramadina University, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Ghulam Nabi Fai said Kashmir is recognized as a disputed territory under international law and United Nations bears the responsibility of preventing the massive violations of human rights being committed by the Indian occupation regime.
