Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif says Tehran will welcome dialogue with its Gulf neighbors in the interest of the region.
In a tweet, he said, Iran will always remain open and ready to participate in any complimentary work for sustainable peace in the Middle East.
Earlier, Iran has suggested that Tehran and Riyadh should work together to overcome problems in the region.
The IRNA news agency quoted Iranian president’s chief of staff Mahmoud Vaezi as saying that the regional countries should restore and maintain security in the region which is possible through negotiations.
